Located on Jupiter Island, the Tidal Pool Garden overlooks the impressive Blowing Rocks Preserve. At project conception, the garden site was a sand field devoid of any plantings. To transform the site, we planted a dense native buffer, designed elegant garden architecture, and introduced unique plant specimens. The lush perimeter safeguards the garden from unwanted stimuli, frames idyllic views, and provides a cohesive backdrop for the garden composition. The interior garden is composed around a central water feature whose form and flow mimics the neighboring tidal pools at Blowing Rocks. Winding garden paths lead to various seating areas and provide diverse vantage points to enjoy garden scenes.
